                       FROY THE MARCIAN 

 

Froy was a Martian Villager who was five centuries old. In his world, five centuries, in his world a century is a year in ours so he was still a child.

Froy had many villager friends who always like to play around the Milky Way, especially on Mars, their home planet.

He liked to play everything, but he loved to go to the hills of red sands to roll off them and fill with reddish earth. Thus, the orange tone of his skin became more intense. That fascinated him.

One day Froy was playing with his friends and he heard a very loud and very strange sound behind the hills.

They went to see what it was about and could not believe what they saw: it was a ship, an Extra Martian ship!

FROY THE MARCIAN 

They were very scared, but they couldn't stop looking. Suddenly the ship made a metallic noise and a hatch opened. Out of it came a being twice the size of a Martian person.

That being had bluish skin and transparent head, the starlight was reflected in the head of that creature. He was wearing huge shoes and was not walking but jumping.

Also, on his back he seemed to be carrying something that connected to his head.

Froy and his friends trembled with fright and ran away when they saw the creature leaping toward them.

Froy came home very tired and when he entered he said to his mother:

- You are not going to believe me mommy: I just saw an Extra Martian ship and something came out of it. A creature ... - and told him everything he had seen.

- Give me a moment, honey. I will be right back. Don't worry, you'll be safe here - her mom told her as she walked towards the kitchen.

Already in the kitchen, he pressed a red button and was transported in the form of a hologram to the meeting room with his father and the mayor of the town, whose name was RQ324.

Froy's mother told what had happened and the mayor, after hearing everything, said:

- Easy, we are going to send a commission to investigate what happened. For now, tell the children to stay home.

Mrs. Patsy, Froy's mother, went offline and returned with her son to accompany and distract him by watching his favorite shows.

However, Froy was very curious and when his mom was careless he went to call his friends to encourage them to investigate what was going on.

They decided to sneak out to the place where they first saw the creature. Once at the site, they noticed that the Extra Martian was still there, as if he had been waiting for them.

As he could, the Martian Extra let them know he needed help with his ship.

The frightened Martian children did not believe him at first, but then they realized that he really had problems, so they decided to go back to the village and find support.

When they told their parents what had happened, they had to listen to a scolding for disobeying and for exposing themselves without the company of their parents. But later, they agreed to look out to see what it was about.

When they arrived at the "meeting" place, they noticed the Extra Martian trying unsuccessfully to repair the ship and, although they did not stop feeling fear, they helped him.

After a while of signs, drawings and teamwork, they managed to find the ship's failure and repair it. The Martian Extra boarded his ship, thanked the help, and left.

They all stared at the heights of space and thought about when they would experience something similar again.
